I used a Tonedexter with my Emerald X20-12. The guitar has a K&K Power Duo (active) installed and I used an SE8 mic with the Tonedexter. It worked quite well and I was able to create a number of images based on where I positioned the mic and whether I was using the piezo, ust, or both.
