Definitely, even in the best of circumstances...

Indeed. I was looking at the current inventory on a daily basis for a month or so, and I saw this one pop up on Friday. Was wondering all weekend if it would last until Monday (yesterday). Thankfully, it did. Had to snag it up.

i dig the gig bags -- i've never gotten a hard case from them. some people need the hard case but i don't do anything more than throw a guitar in my car or sling it on my back, and the backpack straps on the emerald gig bags kick butt. my little apartment can't handle any more hard cases so being able to smoosh one under a bed or between two hard cases is a plus also.

Well......what a great way to start the weekend! I received my X20 today! From the time it was shipped out (on 4/17), it took exactly 1 week to arrive. Not bad at all! I was pleasantly surprised! And...man...the guitar sure is not disappointing. What an absolute beauty, in aesthetics as well as tone/playability. I am all smiles right now! 20200424_161333.jpg20200424_161328.jpg

jjhrurbo, very nice looking X20. Fwiw, either the lighting or your camera has created a large greenish hue on a section of the body. Can you see it?

Ah, yes it was/is just a combination of lighting and my less-than-optimal cell phone camera. In person it looks so much better!

How cool that it showed up in such a timely manner! I mentioned this on the other thread, but it will be interesting to get your impressions after you've had some time with it. Congrats!

Maybe a bit of “Irish mist” magically appeared just for the photo.

Looks as much a work of art, as a guitar. Enjoy !

Congrats on the beautiful guitar! I know it'll probably be a couple weeks until I get mine but all these posts remind me of when I bought my first nice Martin (OMJM). At my advanced age it is fun to feel like a kid again...guitars - the gift that keeps on giving.

Cheers.

A couple more pics. Hopefully without the "Irish mist" this time.
