Rosewood/Cedar is my favorite tone wood combo for fingerstyle…followed by Mahogany/Cedar.

That is a seriously nice guitar ,I am looking at furch for my next purchase ,hopefully next month .I am not a furch owner but I am torn between a very similar one to yours and a very very nice Dowina.It is going to be a very tough and close call.

Barry...mine cleared customs through JFK yesterday afternoon and the US Postal Service has it but is delaying the scheduled delivery date from this Friday 3/26 until next Monday 3/29 for some reason. As long as it gets here safely I'm fine with that although I was looking forward to playing it this weekend? I've never used the USPS to ship a guitar so I'm a little nervous?

Llew, I'm not overly thrilled either, but when I bought my Avalon, it was shipped USPS and the Post Office here delivered it separate from the normal mail delivery. So maybe package delivery is a cut above the normal mail.

I got notification of a delivery date, but I'm not really going to count on that. Its just an estimate anyway. Let's try to remain positive and not worry about things out of our control. At least now its not 30 below zero,
