Default Help me pick a CF guitar

I’m thinking my next acoustic will be carbon fiber. I need some help picking one. Like most guitar players I’m really particular about my guitars. I was hoping that if I provided a list of features you guys could recommend a guitar.

~$1000, under would be nice
All Black
Full size
Permanently attached neck. No takedown
No built in amplifier with effects like reverb, delay, or espresso maker. Piezoelectric pickup is fine but not necessary
Dreadnaught is preferred but not necessary
Traditional sound hole is very much preferred but I’ll go with something different if I can get everything else on my wishlist

Any recommendations? Other than price it looks like I want a Rainsong, but I just can’t drop ~$2500.

Thanks!

Keep your eyes and ears open for a very motivated seller with a used Rainsong H-DR1100N2...

Tuff requirements, you likely will have to come up with a few more $$$....what RP suggests is your best chance. And that is rare.

Klos Guitars has full sized carbon fiber guitars near your $1000 price range, but
I'm unable to recommend or not recommend a Klos guitar
because I've never played one.
Some of these Klos guitars are full carbon fiber some are carbon fiber body and wood neck.

You can search for a used Journey Instruments Carbon Fiber Travel Guitar – OF660M. It can fall into your price range with a little luck.

Quality CF instruments cost more, as has been discussed on many threads here due to mold costs and materials etc...For a bit more than 1K you could look on the used market. Like many of us here, you are starting looking for something like what you are used to, but may find you should widen your thoughts of what a good guitar can be. That said, if it doesn’t inspire you it isn’t worth your paying for.
So, used Rainsongs, do some research here as they have discontinued some models that may be acceptable to you.
Used Emeralds-X20’s and X-30’s I would think, but the sound hole is not where you want it.
Rainsong having been around longer, copying “traditional” designs and sounding great may be your best bet aesthetically but Emerald and McPherson make great guitars too, plus some of the more “travel” sized guitars mentioned above from Journey and Klos.
Good luck, lots of options here in CF land these days.
