NGD!!! My Loar has a companion
What a wonderful NGD! Since getting my Loar a few weeks ago and getting back into jazz has been so inspiring I decided to fully commit to it and get another guitar to compliment my Loar. Enter the new to me 1975 Ibanez 2455, lawsuit era Ibanez take on the Gibson L-4ces. Also a 16” lower bout and same scale length, just better suited for plugged in playing due to the laminate construction. Truly stunning playing, sounding, and in my opinion looking guitar. Could not be happier with this acquisition! Here’s a picture of them together.

Nice. I have a loar too - looking to compliment it with an Eastman T486. Not quite the pure jazz take but close enough!
