Added more to Andromeda (3+ hours now):



And, you're going to have to squint a bit:



Crab Nebula... it's very small in the sky.

Not squint too much. The resolution is excellent and the iPad allows me to zoom in nicely and still see the outline clearly. Great shot!

For the Crab, are you now using the telescope?? I know you don't like posting details, but I sure would like to know more about that one.

Here's my latest attempt:



It's half of the imaging time of the image in my first post, but I'm not using a filter on this one. I was using a filter to cut out some street lights and light pollution at first, but that light also overlaps with a lot of light from the galaxy as well. So, filters aren't great for galaxies.

However, without the filter it is an absolute pain to edit out all the light pollution and other light. I did my best, but there are some artifacts still. But, I think it's a little better overall than my pic in the first post. If I add to it more, it should get better too.
