Hi Coler!

How wonderful to hear from you! Yes, we had a great time together! It was a memorable experience. When Sam was leaving he stopped by at the house to say 'hello' to my wife, his grandmother, and he told her he really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot.

So that's cool! I hope you and your family are all well, Coler!

Thank you Neil! It is a cheery wee song for sure!

It was a lot of fun and very rewarding to work with Sam on this. And I was delighted at how good his whistling actually sounded. He has pretty good volume!

I hope all is well for you, Neil! Take care!

Thank you Inyo!

Yes, this was a pretty big hit for Paul Simon back in 1972. I remember it well and thought his first solo album was great!

Thanks for taking time to watch and comment, Inyo! Much appreciated!

I hope all is well for you and your family!

Indeed about Sam's whistling, I couldn't even hope to hit those high notes (much like my singing! ).

Hi Started!

Thanks for your thoughts and comments! Yes, it was a fun project, and actually I did not see that smile on Sam's face at the end until I viewed the video. I got a kick out of that scene, myself, so I'm glad you noticed it, too!

It's always great to hear from you! I hope all is well for you and your family!

Yes, I thought he did a great job hitting the higher notes, too.

He asked me if I wanted him to do a carbon copy of Paul Simon's whistling notes or could he improvise a little, and I told him, "Hey, whatever feels right to you. Try whatever you feel works." So he did improvise and it was fun hearing what he was coming up with.

Thanks again, Neil!

Priceless. Kudos to you and Sam…personally I find it near impossible to whistle on demand anymore.

Thank you Angie!

It means a lot to hear from you! Much appreciated! Thank you for your kind words!

Yes, I can't whistle worth beans anymore, either. I remember my mother-in-law many years ago mentioning that she had "lost her whistle" in her old age. Well, I have, too. It's impossible for me to whistle on demand anymore, as well!

Take care Angie!

So much fun! It was great to listen to, but more so to see the two of you together.
