AER Dual Mix2 and Bodyrez

I am using both channels on AER Dual Mix 2 preamp to blend Fishman Powertap Earth pickup on my guitar using a stereo cable. I am also connecting this preamp to my audio interface for recording using DI out. If I want to add Bodyrez on top of my existing setup, how should the connection sequence be? I’m new to using effectors and I’m just a bit confused because I’m using a stereo cable.. please help me out!
