Evan, also a very nice cover.
I am reminded of a cover that noledog posted several years ago from one of his live shows. Worth checking out if you are a fan of the song.
Bravo to all!

Wow, Baby Grand in the house!!!
You must be in heaven with your parent's big baby (Grand)!!!
I would love to hear the Baby Grand under your fingers.
Maybe you have a recording you can share.
Thanks for your solid support, my friend!!!

Hi FD,
I am so glad to have delivered this classic to your musical ear!
Sometimes, the truth hurts, but the truth will definitely, set you free!!!
Thanks for the compliment on the reverb.
I am using a Yamaha mixer with a room reverb effect built in.
Plus my music room also adds its natural room reverb from all the acoustic instruments inside the space.
You are so awesome, and so appreciated, Forest Dweller!!!
Thank you.
Respectfully,
Rene

This song is dedicated to the truth. For 2023, my wish is that all peoples be granted the wisdom and the understanding to hear, see and discern the truth.

May Peace, Hope and Understanding prevail in the hearts of all peoples!!!

Hey Rene!

Great performance. You always sing with such emotion, and your guitar playing is a perfect accompaniment. What struck me is that this is a song I remember well from my college years; but as a young kid, I always honed in on the romantic imagery. Your stripped down cover had me listen to all the lyrics beyond just the chorus. Lots more here than I had remembered.

Thanks for sharing a fantastic cover and for making me re-listen as if it was the first time.

Cheers,

Dave
