Make Me a Pallet on Your Floor
Pre-blues tune, first found on recordings and in print at the start of the 20th century. Many floating verses have been put to this melody by many performers. Vocals, guitars, mandolin, harmonica and bass.

What a great recording of this standard! Everything is very well done, especially liked your vocal, the tasty mandolin and tight, focused solos

Rene, Murphy, Glenn and Bob-
Thanks for listening and commenting. I'm glad the vocal came over well - I hardly ever like to listen to playbacks. In this case, I got right on top of an old, cheap mic (AT816) to get the max proximity effect. D.H. |
