I enjoyed that. It made me smile just watching it. Well done chaps. Nice video too. I am of course deeply jealous of anyone who can whistle - the whistling gene passed me by (my youthful attempts were pathetic). Oddly enough, I was warbling away last week at an open mic, where a lovely fellow sang a song that required whistling, 'Jealous Guy', no less, but he couldn't whistle. He simply strummed his way through the 'whistling gap' in the song. I queried it with him after he'd finished, and he said he couldn't whistle, but hoped someone would join in (honest!). Nice chap, but clearly bonkers.

That was great, any collaboration with that generation is great. Not a patiently wait for the day when you post you granddaughter and grandson together in the same video!

Hi Scot in Otley!

Thank you for taking time to watch and comment! I'm so glad you found our video enjoyable! I also enjoyed your open mic story!

I hope all is well for you Scotland! I bet it's getting cold there this time of year!

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your comments and for your time in watching and commenting here!

Emma and Sam in the same video! That would be nice. I will have to see if I can finagle that somehow. They are both so very busy! Thanks for the idea Tom.

I hope all is well for you and your family and that your daughter is doing well!

Best Regards,
Glenn

Thank you Ray!

I really appreciate the kind words!

Yeah,... It is a little capture of time. Kids grow up so fast, pretty soon he'll be off somewhere else making a life for himself. These periods of connection for grandparents are so short. You have to grab them while you can!

Thanks Ray! I hope all is well for you!

That’s very cool, Glenn, in that, unless I miss my guess, you just created a wonderful lifetime memory for your grandson.

Best to you and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wife.
Roger

Thank you Roger!

How nice of you! And yes, I think you are probably right. Who knows what YouTube will look like 10, 20, or 30 years into the future, but hopefully Sam will be able to look at this video someday, maybe with his own children and remember this little joint effort.

Thanks for the kind wishes; Happy Thanksgiving also to you and your wife, Roger! I hope you have a lovely day!

- Glenn

Thank you Steve!

I'm so pleased that you enjoyed this! I agree with you! I thought it was fun to do this project with my grandson, too!

Just yesterday my wife and I went out Christmas tree shopping -- well to a tree farm, actually -- with both of our local grandchildren and it was so enjoyable.

Thanks for taking time to watch and comment, Steve! I am very appreciative!

I hope all is well for you!
