October Ballad WIP: input request (orginal song)
Hi, Ive started again to have some more energy for orginal recording in this crazy CV-19 lockdown period here in Europe.
Ive had this tune in my head that Ive been humming over a simple progress (G, Bm, Em, C) and recorded it on a two track (fingerpcking, vox track 1 and fills on track 2). Its a lazy, moody ballad, vocals rather differnt then what i normally do, but it seems to work. But Im a bit stuck after the two minutw and couple turn arounds . Was wondering what your thougths are, and also how would you build the track - bridge, lead part, drums / percussion ...or throw it in the trash ?
