This is essentially unplayed, so expect it to be as close to new condition as you will find something.

This is a custom built Lakewood M45. Exceptional fit, finish and build quality. Lakewoods are such sleeper guitars and the craftsmanship and design are just on point.

The combination here is stunning, some of the nicest Ziricote I've ever seen and the top is flawless (should be for a AAAA grade Euro spruce). Additionally, the snakewood used on the bindings and maple purflings provides such a nice contrast. Baggs Anthem system sounds amazing as well.
