Yamaha LL16M Real or Fake?
Hey Gang
In the hopes of not getting screwed out of this deal. Can someone tell me if this is a legit LL16M ARE? The price seems way to good to be true. Any insight will be greatly appreciated if its legit im all over buying it. Thanks for the help! https://www.ebay.com/itm/Yamaha-LL16...E/154225564659 Bill |

I have an LS16M that I got for considerably less, (albeit without a case). That looks real to me. The binding and rosette alone would be awfully hard to counterfeit and turn a profit

Mind me asking what your bargain price was?

Is a $500 asking price on a used guitar that retails for $760 really too good to be true?

It’s real. I’d say it’s an “okay” price w/free shipping depending on condition. I’ve seen better though.

That's a good price. LL16's cost over $1100 CAD now, they were $900 three years ago when I bought mine.
Mine is worth every penny, really really good guitar. I've never played the mahogany version but I hear they're really nice. |

Pretty fair price if in good condition and it looks like it is. These are ex. guitars. I owned one a couple of years ago and ended up giving it to my niece. I missed it so much that I ended up getting the LL26.

I was under the impression the LL16 was built in Japan. Is this not the case ?

The 6 and 16 are built at their Yamaha China factory, the 26 and higher are built in Japan.

one possibility is to go to a music store that has the FG820 and play it - you may be surprised how good they are, and save yourself some money and have a new guitar with no fret wear
