For Sale: 1956 Gibson Southern Jumbo OHSC Lifton

Hi all:

I'm a long time lurker here, and this will be my first sale on AGF, but I have a ton of feedback on Reverb and a few vintage Martin sales over on UMGF.

I'm listing a pretty sweet 1956 Gibson Southern Jumbo that has been played, but has honest playwear in all the right places. At some point, a tone and volume knob/pot were installed on the top, with an input jack on the lower treble bout. A sunrise S-2 is currently installed.

This comes with the original Lifton case. Tuners are repros, but the originals are included minus buttons, which have disintegrated over time.

Neck angle is good, it plays very well. It has the typical 50's Gibson "baseball bat" neck. The are more pictures over on the Reverb listing.
