I am heeding Evan's advice, and getting back to the music. Rather than hijack that thread, here is an example of what I've been working on, along with my friend and music partner.

Using the Spire Studio, I recorded 4 tracks over the weekend: guitar (Emerald X10), vocals, bass, and drums. Sent those tracks to Mark, and he added electric piano, synthesizer keyboard, and horns.

Working through the PT on the hip replacement, getting back to the music has been a good distraction. Joan got me in the car for a change of scenery and my favorite burger today... Mark's Spire Studio tracks arrived after we got home; a nice "lift."

I could have dug out one of my electrics, but the humbucking pickup on the X10 (no effects) let me get a little funky. Been a while since I've been funky.
