Do yourselves a favor and find the documentary "Austin to Boston", saw it on Netflicks a while back, check streaming sites. The Staves team up with a bunch of other musicians, Ben Howard, Nathaniel Rateliff and others in 5 VW camper vans. They do 3 thousand miles in two weeks and play a bunch of shows. I have watched it 3 times, so much good music on this

+++ on the "Austin to Boston" documentary...I watched it a number of times while it was on Netflix...

The Staves were showcased prominently, and I was knocked out by their voices and harmony...

The rest of the featured artists held their own well, and I highly recommend the film...

My pleasure! I don't listen to much new music, but these women really hit me in the gut. Just amazing.

I’ve been a huge fan for a lot of years now. The guitar playing is very classy and the blood harmony between the sisters is otherworldly. Great band.

Voices of Angels. The delicate light touch on the strings are the perfect accompaniment to their vocal style. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I know of them, but confess that I had forgotten them. The girls are from Watford - near where I used to play in the '70s - doubt they were even born back then.

I have their first album - who doesn't enjoy three part harmonies?

The gibson? don't know can't find a decent image of it - probably one of those less successful dreadnought copies they released in ...the '70s ?

Edit: In'69 Gibson dropped their original Jumbo shape and replaced it with pseudo dreadnought models in the J45/50s with Martin scale lengths. There was also a "heritage" model, and J-30,35,40, and 55 square shoulder models.
None weer highly regarded and have little collector values.
