It seems to me that he has tuned up the A and D string a whole step.
That would be EBEGBE

I usually have a decent ear for that sort of thing but the capo and his interesting playing style had me kinda fuzzy...

Thanks for the tip Phil, i didn't know the tabs were available!
I usually like to try and figure out songs I like by ear. I feel like I learn more that way. But I may just do that in this instance.
