Congratulations on reaching 100! Keep up the fantastic work!
Thanks SteveS. I'm not so sure, I'm not off to a great start. My first guitar took two years to build and as I was just finishing buffing it out it caught the buffer wheel and I watched it smash into the cement below breaking the headstock off. Now on my 101st guitar I was taking the last photos before taking it to Woodstock and from the corner of my eye I watched it fall forward off the bench and brake it's the headstock off.

Now if that only happens once every 100 guitars I guess I'm not doing that all that bad but I'm not so sure of my learning curve.

Not yet. It got a lot of attention and interest but I think what I am doing with this design will take a little while to sink in with folks. I don't mind showing it off for awhile and if I still have it, I'll show it at the Artisan Show this spring.

I love that you include a soft case for the hard case. That brings less attention to the guitar, and protects the new case as well.

Can you share with us the Brand of that soft case & size?

Soft Cover
Thanks AcousticDreams, sinistral is right. That is a Premier Series Visesnut case with their soft cover. I recommend the soft cover with the Premier series because a good bang can mark the finish. Also, because with the trim design of the Visesnut cases that soft case is easily taken as a gig bag which may come in handy when boarding a plane.

Dustin, I'm glad you liked #100. You may have noticed some influence from the guitar I built for you. Thanks for the great demos! I could see the room filling up and quieting down as the demo went on in Woodstock! I look forward to seeing you at the Artisan Show. Good luck with your impending move!

Beautiful guitars! Someday when my ship comes in I'd love to go custom.

Yeah, this guitar got a lot of attention at the show but I have to take the long view. Things happen at a slow pace in luthiery world. I was still getting follow-up calls 3 years after I did the show in ‘18.
