Great stuff, as always to be expected from Tommy and whoever he teams up with.

Love Trey Hensley. Such a killer player in the bluegrass world. He doesn't get the attention Molly or Billy get but he's easily in that class. I think he's the best singer of all the current crop of hot bluegrass pickers. Plus he always seems like a super nice guy in my interactions with him. He's playing a nice Henderson in this video too.

I’d be happy with his voice let alone his guitar skills.

I don't think he's getting the attention from the general public as Molly or Billy, but I've heard both of them talk about how good he is. And you're right, he is a great guy and has been extremely nice every time I've talked to him.

You know you are really, really good when Tommy E. wants to play and sing backup to you. I loved it.

I feel like Tuttle benefits from the crossover appeal of her songwriting. It's not all straight bluegrass, so I'm likely to hear her on non-bluegrass/Americana radio that's as likely to play Haim, Brandi Carlile, or Perfume Genius. Strings on the other hand I think has a foot in the jamband scene as much as he's in the bluegrass scene. I think that's a pretty large crowd to pull from. But spread the word on Trey Hensley as much as we can. I think he's really great.

Trey's been doing a Thursday night live stream on FB from home that's been a fun one to tune into. Sometimes his little girl makes an appearance too.

He posted that he's taking tonight off but will be back next week.

His guitar playing is stellar for sure, and to have such a smooth voice? It's hardly fair.

Man that was great, I love how much fun they're all having. Trey's larynx is definitely switched to the bridge pickup.
