Re-opening this for local (Maryland area) sale

Beautiful tone
Has three minor blemishes on the top (see pics), and there's tan lines where an arm rest used to be
You would never detect it, but in the interest of full disclosure the back once had two minor split lines (I've been told this is not uncommon for Taylors) that were not structurally significant, but I had them repaired anyway by an authorized Taylor shop. They did a superb job and I can only see it if I look real hard and in the right light..

I had this guitar up for sale earlier but took it down when I thought it would be better to keep it. I'm revamping the acoustic guitar scenario now, so it's available again.

The date of manufacture was 7/18/2007.

Just replaced the tusq saddle with a new MacNichol wave-compensated bone saddle.
