Default I've started posting my unreleased songs on YouTube...

Since so many people are stuck at home due to the corona virus, I've decided to post some of my unreleased music and demos etc on my YouTube channel. Here are links to the four I've put up so far. Be sure to subscribe so you'll know when I upload more of them!

Although guitar is my first instrument, most of these tracks are keyboard based. I have a ton of guitar music in various stages from sloppy ideas to complete songs that need to be re-recorded but those aren't suitable for public consumption yet!

Slight mistake before 50 people point it out... Yes, there are five links I know. Four are things I just uploaded and the fifth song is there just because people might dig it;it's been up for a while now.

I like those atmospheric keyboard pieces. Most of my recordings have also been keyboard-based, although I've been playing guitar much more lately.

Here's a very short, sort of "orchestral" piece unlike anything else I've ever done. Improvised. I kind of like how it came out....

All nice mood music, Cameron. Well done. Only one is guitar, the remainder keys...just curious, have you ever multitracked to combine both of the instruments you play very well? I assume you don’t sing?

Default More original music of mine...

Yeah, I sang for years in classic rock and blues cover bands etc but sort of gave up singing a few years ago.

I have tons of music that isn't finished yet. I've released two albums which you can hear clips of below.

Expressions:

I wrote/recorded this album between the ages of 19 and 22 off and on. I played all the parts myself and mixed it etc when I really had no freaking idea what I was doing! Ha! I guess it turned out okay all things considered. I just wish I could work as fast these days as I did on this album. These days though I am just so picky about everything and am never satisfied. I end up just shelving songs or deleteing them. (Although I'm getting better at forcing myself to keep things at least!)

To the outside world:

This is mostly piano music I wrote although there are a couple songs with guitar in them.

Although teaching guitar is my main source of income currently, I've been working on my own library of original music to license or sell for use in various media. You can hear some of that via the link below. I haven't made a dime doing this yet but I also don't know any music supervisors and am still trying to figure out how to get my foot in the door with all of this...
