Default Maple flatpicker in good shape....Updated

I am in the market for a maple back and sides guitar with a body size 000 or larger. Could be a dread or jumbo, etc.
No cracks or repairs done or needed. Good to excellent condition please. This will be a strumming and flatpicking guitar. Must provide clear, clean, quick response to flatpicking.

Visiting that store is like going to church. The place is a mecca for NYC area guitar players I remember they had one of Jerry Garcia's guitars for sale there for awhile. I'm not sure whatever became of it as it was a little over my budget, but that should give you a sense of their credibility. One of THE hand's down finest music store's I've ever been inside. Buy w confidence

I have a Jumbo Guild, 1970s vintage. Players condition but pretty good. Sounds fantastic. No pictures right now but if you are interested, I'll take some.

Wish more stores had retained their old website formats like Lark Street Music, although having more details on the build specs would be nice. They always have good pictures of their instruments and answer questions when you email. Bought a Taylor LKSM12 from them that was exactly as described at a decent price.

Never realized that Duke Levine, the great Tele player (heck, any guitar he picks up sounds great!), is Buzzy's brother.

Martin jumbo guitars are not as boomy as Ds and not quite as big as a Gibson J-200. They are good all round instruments. The J-65 was the maple bodied version made from the mid-80's to mid-90's.

As previously posted the Gibson J-45 maple bodied are suppose to be something special. Happy with my mahogany/adi J-35, so I have never looked hard to find the maple.

Bang for buck these are a steal........and sound fantastic. I own the 12 string version of this guitar and it's awesome. They have them in natural finish, or also sunburst with "BSB" on the end of the model number. Some pretty good deals on them used on Reverb, but the brand new price is super friendly as well.

Good luck with your search.

OP is still in the search mode for a nice maple guitar, 1 3/4" nut or 1 11/16" is fine too. Larger body is prefered such as dread, jumbo, SJ, 000, 0000. No repairs or cracks fixed or existing please.
IF you have a guitar that might work or know someone who might, please inform me. I would greatly appreciate it.
