Fantastic looking instrument, Bob. We knew this, but you have impeccable taste.
I grew up fishing and swimming in Weekapaug, Misquamicut, Shelter Harbor, Napatree...Any of those ring a bell? Jamie |

All of them actually.... We’re on the Point Judith Pond near East Matunick.

I'm not an archtop guy myself, but if I were, this is the guitar I'd like to see in my studio each morning...

That is a beautiful guitar congratulations, your taste is impeccable. Does the luthier have a specific name for this burst colour ?

John does not have a name for this particular sunburst. It was custom for this guitar and I don't believe that he has done one quite like this before. I don't believe any of the photos accurately represent the true color. John has told me this. I will take some photos outside when I get the guitar next month to see if I can represent it better.

The Fedex man delivered a guitar early this morning and it is BEAUTIFUL and plays like a DREAM. I have not had a chance to do much more than to take a few shots for insurance, tune it up to pitch and play one tune before having to go to work today.
