Default Giambattista guitars?

Anyone have experience with Giambattista guitars?
I've been casually looking around for a second (cheaper) guitar to have around for scordatura with weird tunings and to have on hand instead of leaving my main guitar out on a stand. Found a Ramirez student guitar locally (solid cedar top, laminate b&s) for a decent price, but also just saw a Giambattista G4 for slightly more $$. Can't find much info on those guitars, seems they're made in France? Found a couple of mentions on here but other than that, there doesn't seem to be much info.

Any thoughts/info?

In order of preference, strings I've tried with a Castelluccia G6b C/IR (bone saddle)

++++ Hannabach Carbon Med/HT trebles with Aquila Perla Normal basses (balanced, clear, chewy, glowing, clear fretters to the soundhole)
+++ D’Addario Pro Arte Dynacore EJ45TT Normal (balanced, powerful presence, clear, clear fretters to the soundhole, #3 slight smoke)
+++ Aquila Rubino Normal (balanced, lively, stern/dry/crisp, dry and clear fretters to the soundhole)
++1/2 Galli Genius Carbonio GR90 Hard (airy clarity, complex, overload of overtones when played firmly, #3 slightly smoky, clear fretters to the soundhole)
++ Savarez 500 CRJ Corum New Cristal Mixed - ST New Cristal trebles, HT Corum basses (balanced, strong, bright)
+ La Bella 2001 Medium/Hard (different character of basses and trebles, good clarity/presence, firm basses, dryish/constrained fretters)
- Pepe Romero PEPESR Clear Nylon HT (powerful presence, defined basses, #3 slightly gutteral, dryish fretters, #3 smoky fretter, trebles get somewhat harsh over body)
