Default NTMG or New To Me Guitar - Guild D-20

A special thanks to SalFromChatham here on the forum for giving me the information about this guitar. Also a shout out to Russo music they were awesome to deal with and the guitar was setup great.

Now that I have 2 satin finish guitars its time to ask, how do I clean/polish take care of these babies?

Congrats!

My Martin has a satin finished back and sides. I just dust it off, no chemicals, just a dry soft cloth.

Congrats on your new Guild! I did play that guitar while it was in Russo and it is nice sounding.
Sal knows his guitars and is a straight shooter.
I believe you can use this Music Nomad stuff to clean https://www.stringsbymail.com/music-...hes-22437.html
Enjoy that nice looking, sounding Guild!

You will polish the guitar with your forearm, in that one spot. Part of the charm, my friend. Wipe it with a damp cloth once in a while. Just play the **** guitar and see what happens over the years.

Enjoy that Guild. I have the same model and the tone is magical. This after having owned many guitars over 50 years of playing.

I have several satin finish instruments. This is all I use (for years). Works great.
