Default Martin 000-18 AS NEW SOLD

I purchased this awesome 000-18 recently but have realized that it would be money better spent elsewhere. I ordered it with a 630 thermoplastic case so ignore the case pictured with the guitar, and I installed a strap button on the heel. Plays and sounds great. No dings or other imperfections. Absolutely no trades. CONUS sales only.

Carrying a distinct vintage-inspired design and updated like the D-18 a few years ago, the redesigned 000-18 offers many of the features found in our pre-war era guitars. The 000-18, which has a beautiful aging toned top in Sitka spruce, is married with genuine mahogany back and sides. The body is edged with tortoise binding and complemented with a polished finish. The 24.9” short scale model’s neck features a modified low oval profile with Performing Artist taper, with a width of 1-3/4” at the nut and 2-5/32” string spacing for easy playability. Nickel open-geared tuners with butterbean knobs are found with a rosewood headplate, which displays a large old style Martin logo.

What's your price? Edit, sorry, didn't see the price in the title.

Also, can you explain the case thing a little more? Does it come with a thermoplastic case or the traditional case as pictured?

Thanks.

I added the price. It comes with the 600 series thermoplastic case so ignore the case pictured....

Default 000-18

I am interested in this guitar if it's still available. As it is pretty new, can you tell me if it is part of the "re-imagined" series of 000-18s.

Thank you,

Howard

Can you give me a little more info about the condition of the guitar? Fret wear, is there height on the saddle (in the event the action needs to be lowered), cosmetics? Where are you located? Will you ship? Will you allow an approval period?

Thank you,

Howard B

It was brand spanking new two weeks ago and hasn't been played much so I'd call it as-new. No fretwear, dings, bumps, bruises or scratches. As my OP says, I'm in Charlottesville, VA. I assume that I might have to ship it somewhere, but I've shipped several dozen guitars with no issues. Another forum member, local, is going to look at it tomorrow...
