Gibson Les Paul Special Refin (Pic Heavy)

Thought some folks here would enjoy seeing me refinish my Les Paul Special. These Specials are really porous from Gibson factory so I did 3 rounds of pore fill then level sanded. Black base coat, then a coat of green/gold fine metal flakes. 10 coats of clear, leveled and sanded to 3000 grit and buffed gloss. I glossed the headstock while I was at it and made a solar flare pickguard for it. Enjoy!
