Default Torrefaction In The Home

As I prepared for a leisurely breakfast on the deck, overlooking the city, I prepared my Saturday mimosa and plugged in my toaster. When the toast popped up I realized that torrefaction has been around in the home for decades. What do you torrify for pleasure? It brings out the wheaty-crunch I like. I set mine to 2019.

I like the subtle striping the torrefaction brings out. All solid too. No lamination.
