Default Want to see a Phil Keaggy concert on your computer? -Website info here.

Click on Phil, scroll down to Mar-02-2005 and double click on Special Music Phil Keaggy

Phil starts about 20% into it - after the worship team. If you want, you can fast forward by moving the slider bar. Please let me know how it works and what you think.

Warning - religious content in the concert. I think most guitar players will enjoy watching Phil play even if they are not religious.

I've seen him once.. He really is the Loop Master! Cool stuff, and he has a great voice, which reminds me a lot of Paul McCartney.

I saw Phil K. for the first time in the early 70's when he was playing lead for the swan song tour of a Christian band called Lovesong. He was freaking us all out because, at least at that point, Christian rock bands were not only inferior to secular bands, but they played like they had not b_ _ _ _.

He was incredible. I had just seen Page with Zep less that two years before, and he was not only as good as Page, but he was doing things that Page has never, even to this day, done.

He might possibly be, overall, the best guitarist alive.

There are lots of incredible guitarists out there today, but for my money - Phil gets the nod as the best.

Believe it or not, I saw Phil at a Disney Night of Joy almost 20 years ago and he had a special guest playing with him, a young man named Warren Haynes, yeah from Gov't Mule. They did a lot of soloing too

Yep, Philly is great. There are many great players, but most are not as well-rounded as Phil. He is an electric, acoustic, and singer/songwriter master. I have had the opportunity to hang a bit with him (as I have mentioned a few times here! ) , plus do some stuff professionally together, and he is even greater as a human being. Very gracious and kind. Go to: http://visualsound.net/mp3.htm and look for his name, then look for my name (Mark Fisher) and click on the link.
