Default Bluechip

Just want to give a shout out to the folks at BlueChip Picks for their excellent customer service and top-notch products.

They’re not for everyone. I had a tough time adjusting to their picks at first because I was mainly a strummer who used very thin picks. Their picks pushed me to better technique and also to learn more of a flatpicking style. Which is where they really excel.

I recently put in another order and am just really pleased with transaction and the good folks there.

Agreed. I fought long and hard to avoid buying a Bluechip pick, but after the first one (bought used somehow can't remember) I was reluctantly converted.

Now every guitar I own has its own BC. (That's a fair number!)

Some time ago I ordered a number of picks which "got lost in transit" (I suspect they fell into the hands of a guitar playing postal worker).

The Goins folk did not argue, they simply made up another batch for me and sent them "under plain brown wrapper" for me.

It must have cost them quite a lot, but I appreciated their customer service.
Sadly, I doubt that I'll be ordering any more as they last a lifetime!

I also resisted for quite a while. I really did not want to like a $35 pick. Now I have a small collection and appreciate their efforts very much.

I have a few other picks that I like and use once in awhile, and I'll drop one of them in my pocket if I'm going out, but BC is my overall go to pick...

I have two I ordered new and one I bought used and using them just feels and sounds right for what I want to hear from my playing...

I've had the first one for a couple of years now and I have no idea how long it would take to wear one of these out... $ well spent..

It just doesn't get any better than BlueChip! I have most of the bases covered on the shapes, sizes and thicknesses I'm interested in -- certainly more expensive picks than a mediocre player like myself deserves -- and yet I've already decided on the new BlueChip that I'll be gifting myself for Christmas.

Hey, it's a cheaper habit than guitars.

Thumbs up

I've acquired so many picks ... seem to always reach for the Blue Chips.
