Default “The Good Place”

A pretty funny, award-winning comedy series on Netflix, about a “not so nice” woman who mistakenly ends up in “The Good Place “ after she dies. We’ve watched 5 episodes from the first season (this year is the second season), and have had lots of chuckles...and it’s starting to edge towards heart-warming.

Highly recommended!

I love it. The first two seasons are on Netflix. Season 3 started a few weeks ago on NBC on Thursdays.

I watched the first season on broadcast and loved it. Ted Danson is fantastic. Then I watched it again on Netflix (the whole season 1 in a four day binge.)

Loved it even more. There were quite a lot of dialogue zingers and quirky cultural references that I missed the first time. I was not all that familiar with Kristen Bell, but now? I think I'm in love. She is a wonderful actress (besides being drop dead gorgeous.

I was surprised at how much philosophy I remembered; I figure any show that makes accurate references to Kierkegaard on prime time is either totally nerdy or slyly smug...or both - which, I believe is exactly the point.
