2018 D-28 Aged Authentic
This guitar is the best Martin D-28 I have played outside of vintage pieces from the 30’s. It is a flat picking and rhythm machine and I like it better than the two PreWar HD’s(Brazilian RW) that I owned and that says a lot. It sounds warmer than the HD's. Took it on a trade with no intention to keep it. I am a D-18 guy through and through but I am thoroughly impressed. One of the first original 50 made. I really like the subtle relic job. Feels loose in your hands and sounds wide open.
Off the market (please do not close the listing) Pic here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ux7m8hf0o...ilPSOC1ma?dl=0 more pics available. PM me. Last edited by pcf; 08-16-2020 at 09:13 PM. |

Man, I looked at those long and hard for quite some time. Such awesome guitars. I just bought a 1949 Martin D-18 last month on somewhat of a whim after agonizing over the authentic vs a pre-war. I love my new guitar but it didn’t cure my gas for the authentic. Wish I had the funds. Good luck!
