Default I'd like to show you my guitar.

Hi!
I'm newbie here.

First of all,
I'll introduce myself.
I'm a Korean and a few days ago I graduated from Red Wing Guitar program.
Actually, I made some guitars in Korea, but I wanted to experience original guitar world (the US), so I made decision to study at the US.

Anyway, I made 4 guitars for 2 years.
Especially, I'd like to show my last guitar.
This model has a lot of unique features I design.

I made modified-OM.
The upper bout is smaller than normal, and the lower bout is larger.

I got saddleless bridge I invent.
I get rid of a saddle and bridge pins do the same function.
You can adjust the tone of the each string with changing bridge pins.
For example, If you like warm bass sound, you can use ebony pins at 4th, 5th,6th string.

I got fall-away shoulder instead of cut-away.
I don't like "cut" away any part from my guitar.
so to do that, I create this design.

And, even though I don't have a image now, I use the tripple-X bracing pattern I made.

Please enjoy it.

That's really impressive and I agree it is hard to be innovative in such an established item as a guitar.

But you were very innovative with the fall-away body design and the pinless bridge - those are seriously cool ideas. It looks nice and sounded great.

Very cool! I love that you are not afraid to think outside of the box with your designs. What is the back/side wood? It looks like Walnut.

I don't understand how the bridge and saddle work but it looks cool. Very unique design indeed.

That is very impressive. The fall away is unique.
You may have sent the future design of acoustic guitars down a different path.
I like it.

So many things on this I like and are obvious but I want to highlight the bridge. Usually multiscale bridges are ugly but yours is not, very nice. I dont like the smaller upper bout visually or functionally. Though they are usually braced so it cant vibrate I think the volume up there is important for a balanced sound and cant be made up by a larger lower bout. Perhaps a larger lower and a standard upper width. I hope you wont take that as being critical but instead as constructive criticism.

This is really interesting. The fall-away is neat. The saddle-less bridge is really interesting. Could you describe how the pins work in more detail? It looks like a regular bridge with pins with a larger top and a slot cut to act as a saddle. I'd have thought that wouldn't necessarily couple well to the soundboard but from the video it sounds really nice and resonant.

Wow! Beautiful work and I love your innovation. I find your bridge design especially interesting. Because the strings are seated at the back of the pins, does string tension try to rotate the pins? If so, are the pins keyed in some way?

잘했습니다!!!

Your bridge/saddle innovation appears to also allow setting individual string height, though periodic action reductions to compensate for wood movement over time will be more difficult than would be the case with a conventional saddle.

Amazing work!
