But today's forecast is calling for a week of snow here in Durango. Ugh.
Yep. It's been raining hard here in NorCal, which is probably the snow CO is getting now. More rain coming on Tue-Thur, so more snow for our Sierra and your Rockies. We can use it, but I'm ready for spring (or even summer). And by the time summer arrives, I'll be heading to the rain forest for a couple of weeks, LOL.

We drove into Telluride last Wednesday with the a/c on in the car.

Drove out on Friday in a snow storm. They ended up with 8". We got out of there just in time.

And I thought it's been a cold spring here in the mid-west. I was looking to buy a house in the Rockies but after looking at the long winters I decided to just visit and rent houses in the summer.

I'm at 5,600' in Northern Colorado and it's snowing as I type this. Looks like about 3" out there. Tomatoes and peppers are covered...fingers crossed. "Springtime in the Rockies" indeed!

Our 10 day forecast is everyday in the low to mid 90’s. Goodbye spring, hello summer until early October.

Crawling out of the 70s here in Sacramento. We can hit 100 degrees on Memorial Day weekend, so the pool and BBQ may be replaced with some fire pit activities.

Southwest - New Mexico, Arizona. We seem to be 5 weeks behind schedule. What's next?

Same forecast for the NW corner of Louisiana - 90's as far out as the forecast goes except for an 88 thrown in there with thunderstorms.

And tomorrow our Praise Team is playing outdoors (in the sun) at the Louisiana Boardwalk for two hours and standing on a 20'x20' bright aluminum riser platform. Gonna' be toasty!
