Default Re-housing acoustic amps?

After catching a really cool handmade acoustic tube amp post on a Taylor group on FB, (http://www.humphreyamps.com/) I've decided to pursue the possibility of re-housing my (and maybe others) Acoustasonic PR-370 SFX in a manner more fitting of my music room.

The darn thing is way too heavy to be lugging around and I love the tone and the volume available. (plus this particular old tech appeals to my more, shall we say frugal side)

So if I'm just going to keep it in the room it might as well look good.
I already do higher end custom furniture, so it's not a reach skill wise,
but the tech...

I guess what I'm looking for are links to cab designs specifically for acoustic music. I plan on at least two separate pedestal cabs, maybe more. Looking for tweeter specs, crossover tech, so forth. If this is an engaging and interesting project(both sonicly and visually) I may continue with others, and as such if anyone can point me to good acoustic tube circuits, I'd appreciate it.

Very cool project. I absolutely LOVE that amp by the way. I've owned both the SFX 2 and the current iteration and neither compares to the original. Utterly impractical to gig with but if I ever see one available locally I will jump on it for my music room. Good luck!

Thanks dog, They're really underrated amps

I'm really hoping for some direction on the tech side or at least someone to point to a decent research point. Guess Ill have to do all the work myself!

The internet is good for a few things like agf
and a quick search yielded this.
https://www.diyaudioandvideo.com/Tut...ildSpeakerBox/

may not be what you need but its a start.
assuming your using your existing components
and just shedding the box.

Are you going to break up the weight by constructing a separate head and speaker cab?

Yes, the plan is a head type piece + two elevated cabs.

This amp has a pretty good faux stereo feel but this should really allow you to surround yourself. At music room levels, I don't think feedback will be a problem.
