Default One for a K Yairi guru.

Hi all,

i have owned this classical guitar for some time now and it had never had the inside label since i purchased it second hand. I have done some researching and i'm almost certain its made by K Yairi but not certain on which model it is.

Can anyone identify this model and give me any information on it ? Thanks.

now i cant figure out how to upload an image, is there any easier way than posting a URL which i am obviously incapable of, maybe i've just done it ?

What inclines you to think that it's a Kazuo Yairi?

The headstock is exactly the same as models YC90 and YC100 I have seen online.

The difference between a 90 and 100 is the date of manufacture, the number indicating the price of the guitar for the year in which it was made, the 100's higher cost due to inflation bumping up the number of yen (90,000 to 100,000). So, whether you have the 90 or the 100, it's the same quality guitar, probably just a year apart.

Your pic links are coming up very tiny on my screen, but the headstock doesn't look like a K. Yairi I used to own.
Of course, back then they were being sold under the Alvarez name, so that could make a difference. Mine was from the early 70s.
Here are some pics:

BTW, there is an excellent tutorial on the forum for posting pics. Check it out if you need some guidance.

Default Here are your pics...

They are pretty small. Google pics are the most difficult to use on forums of any I've ever seen with the possible exception of Photobucket.

As a registered user, you have two ways to post pictures on the AGF... Tapatalk and a third-party host like Imgur. Please take a look at this thread and PM me if you need help.
