Some QUALITY customer service
I bought a pair of Oktava MK 012 01s from The Sound Room (http://www.oktava.com/) and though I found a better price elsewhere, Paul from The Sound Room was able to beat the price. Additionally, one of the preamps on one of the mics went bad and I shipped them and had the preamp replaced free of charge. Paul kept me in the loop the entire time.
I just had to come here and say they did well by me.
