Well look at that, you got another Para EQ! That looks like a pretty good solution for your needs! Although, to tidy it up a bit, couldn't you just use one tuner fed by the aux out of the mixer???? With the extra benefit of the tuner not being in the actual signal flow.

I think you're underestimating the ability to mute any channel at any time.

Even a lot of pros have a tuner in line for when they need a mute.

Actually I did underestimate, I'd junk the mixer and use this, I think this would be a bit more streamlined of a unit with less loss of signal and other channels would be muted.

Man oh man! I have been looking for JUST THAT THING.

The only issue is that the rig I have right now works fine for solo gigs where I'm running sound and for gigs where I'm not. Ditching the mixer for the Trinity (which I think I'ma get!) means I'm going to have to bring a mixer, anyway.

I did! Pretty sold on those guys. The PADI is fine for the banjo, for now, but the ParaEQ is magical for the guitar and the mando.

(I'll holler at you when I get back home)

The Boss LS-2 does everything this Trinity does, and more...and it's in a much smaller footprint. You even have the option to mix 2 inputs (simultaneously) with volume levels for each as well.

Can I ask what the larger black box is on your board? Is that a mixer?

I played a gig a few months ago where literally everyone (4 people?) in the band I was opening for had one of those.
