Mertz on Spruce/Madagascar Rosewood Anders Sterner Classical Guitar
Greetings Guitarists!
My Friday release is a lovely Nocturne by Johann Kaspar Mertz. This piece is from the Romantic Era and has similar elements to the work of Chopin and other pianist / composers of the day as Johann was likely inspired by hearing his wife play much of the popular Romantic piano music at the time.
