1990 Gibson J-45 - ***SOLD***
***SOLD***
Very early Bozeman-made guitar (built in June, 1990, during the Ren Ferguson era.) Has a vintage vibe to it with Gibson Deluxe tuning machines with tulip buttons. Gold foil logo on the headstock. Recent setup and fret work by Mark Simon in Bridgewater, NJ. String height is 3/32" at the 12th fret. Plays nice and sounds great. Has the real "Gibson sound". K&K Pure Mini pickup installed. Has a few dings and finish scratches here and there. Most are difficult to photograph but I documented the worst of them. There is a crack in the finish on the back of the guitar. It doesn't go through to the wood (there is a picture of the inside of the lower bout where you can see it isn't cracked). Original case in good shape with a few dings on the outside. I bought it six years ago from the original owner. I already have a D28 and am only selling this one to finance a smaller body guitar so I can alternate between the dread and something smaller. SOLD (I'm more of a lurker on these forums, but I have lots of good feedback on eBay: luke1977) Sound clip (Please forgive my terrible technique. Any buzzing you year is due to my fat fingers and not the guitar's setup.) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rju...ew?usp=sharing Last edited by LukeE; 11-29-2020 at 06:07 PM. Hi, looks like 1 11/16" at the nut and 2 1/8" at the saddle. Here are some photos.
