Hiya Tak, The XLR guitar line exiting the PA needs a line impedance transformer(I listed the SHURE model above for the OP)at XLR end to connect to pedals. I don’t think you know what the transformers function is. This is the recommended way of adding pedals after the PA by TC HELICON. Check out their web site, they are very knowledgeabe about their products.

I have the hybrid cable on order. I’ll let you know if it works. The current adapter I’m currently using is in fact the Shure line transformer.
