Default The Sweetwater catalog

It has superceded the classic Christmas Sears catalog.

Ahh, toys!

I am glad is it well loved. The vast majority of the catalog does not interest me and seems like a waste. I always ask, who pays for this thing? And then it becomes clear...

I love that catalog.....My new one just came in last week. I like thumbing through the catalog much more than the website. Funny, I spend a lot of time looking at stuff that i'll probably never get...like putting together a killer home studio in my mind

I like it, but also wonder why they don't just do an online version instead of wasting all that paper. I figure at least 1/2 of them go directly into the trash.

I assume it costs a small fortune to publish and distribute the catalog. The prices are full retail street price from what I see so there’s no deals in it. If it didn’t produce profit, customer loyalty and brand recognition for Sweetwater they wouldn’t do it. I’ll bet the manufacturers subsidize some of the cost. It does seem a bit old school though. I’m a little old school so I do look through it and keep it for a time.

Probably because if you're sipping your coffee and flipping through the pages you might see something you would never think to Google or search their site for.

If you decided to throw a party, would you send out invitations or would you just post it on a (non social media) website?

Essentially there is an online catalog, just not formatted the same as tthe print version.
