jdinco;

To tell the truth, something hardly done anymore, I am also waiting--just not impatiently. I have yet to see or hear the 10 electric. But I am having a good time messing with my forum friends. I will most likely hear/see this instrument when you see/hear it on this forum. We can all be surprised at the same time. That's CF brotherhood right there.

Good looking? Sure, if you like veneers. But that sound! Amazing! How can a thin bodied guitar produce all of that?

What are the other specs? Is it the standard X10 nut width and scale length?

Mountainmaster;

I'm not sure how a thin-bodied guitar can put out such sound. I suspect it is the result of CF material and build.

What I do know is that the X7 thin-bodied nylon string electric that Alistair made for me is amazing--to Alistair as well as to me and everyone else who plays it. I've either owned or played most of the thing-bodied hollow electric nylon string guitars and, in my estimation, none of them keep up with the 7. The 10 should outperform the 7.

The guitar in the video looks to be a nylon string. If it's mine, it has a 1 7/8" nut, with a full scale length.

Hey Evan,

I knew when I saw that veneer that it looked familiar so I went through all of my template pics that Kevin sent me a few months ago and sure enough yours was there. They all looked so nice that there was no way I could go wrong with either of them. I ended up getting opinions from a few other people to help my decision leaving that one behind. They look so much nicer on the finished product...you can thank me later lol cause that piece is absolutely stunning!

GuitarLuva;

Thank you! You left me with the nicest piece by far; all my friends say so.

I don't know where or how he's getting his veneers but Alistair is bringing us the best of the best. There is no one good one--they are all beautiful.
