Here's one that I try to have at least once a week:

In a bowl, mix one avocado, one package of tuna, some chopped walnuts, and nice coarse ground pepper to taste. Done. It's very good, and lots of good fat and fiber and protein.

I've been having the same lunch 5 days a week since grade school -- 50+ years. Two slices of white bread, with a bit of mayonnaise and a processed cheese slice. Followed by some kind of a cookie. Still look forward to it every time, and if the bread is really good, nothing goes down better.

I'm not a mayo fan so that wouldn't suit me but fresh homemade bread (even if made in the store) is delicious. I can eat that plain or with just a hint of margarine.

Today I had a bowl with brown rice, a cut up grilled pork chop and some homemade bbq sauce. Healthy? Delicious!
