Bose S1 Pro for duo
Did anybody try Bose S1 for duo (2 guitars, 2 vocals with mixer)?

My original setup (as seen in my first video demo) used a small Behringer mixer with two vocals but just one guitar. I don't see any reason why a second guitar would be an issue.

That’s a lot of signal to try and push through a 6.5” speaker. If you’re going to use a mixer, and spend $600, I would recommend you buy a QSC K8.2 or K10.2. I think you need at least an 8” woofer for a duo.

If you wanted to keep it really simple, use an XLR Y-cable to put both mics into one channel, and if your guitars are active or go through a pedal, then a simple resistor mixer will sum them nicely to the other. I don't think the old DOD AC-240 is still available, but you can make one by mixing the two guitars with 50K ohm resistors.
