Default Cavatina (The Deer Hunter Theme)

Hi folks,

I am very proud to be able to present our latest production with Per-Olov Kindgren. Per-Olov developed a new arrangement of "Cavatina" with Gaugolon and me and we have now finished producing it! I feel very honored to be able to work with this wonderful musician and nice person and I am very happy about our common result. I only contributed a little background guitar and was allowed to produce the video clip. Many greetings and peace from Hamburg,

Jimmy

What a superb interpretation Jimmy.

I have always thought this to be one of the loveliest melodies and I thought every aspect of the video was beautifully done.

Greetings to you in Hamburg and sending wishes of peace to you from New York.

Wow Mike! What a nice feedback on my posting. Thank you so very much man!!
I also LOVE "Cavatina" since i saw "The Deer Hunter" the first time. It's an amazing composition and i'm really proud to be a part of our production with Per-Olov and the Gaugolon Orchestra.

I also wish you peace and all the best back from Hamburg to New York my friend!

Yours, Jimmy

The first time I heard Cavatina was when I saw The Deerhunter as teenager. At the time I thought it was just about the most beautiful song I had ever heard.

This performance does the same. Congratulations and thanks for sharing here.
