I don't have nearly the stable most of you folks have. Frankly, I'm in love with my modded 88 D28 and a newer Clapton. I do have a PWGC on order so I see where this disease will lead..

The first would definitely be my old Guild D-46. I've had it for a long time, and to be without it would be hard. Plus it's a well-built and versatile guitar.

I guess the second would be my '03 Martin 00-18VS UMGF, just because it is so different than the Guild. Plus it is a nicely designed and built guitar, and great fun to play.

I need/want one small body steel-string acoustic and one nylon crossover. The makes and wood combos will vary over time.

The 000-18 and the Hummingbird- Glad I don't have to make that choice.

Honestly, right now, the two would likely be:

Epiphone Inspired by Gibson J200
Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Hummingbird

But that could always change.

My 2011 Martin M-36 and 2016 GPC-35E. Both are spruce and rosewood, with the GPC serving as a cutaway cousin of the M-36.

I would keep two of the three acoustic guitars I've got, a Taylor 914ce First Edition and an Ibanez JGM10-BSN Jon Gomm Signature.
The 914ce First Edition has a sitka spruce top and east indian Rosewood back and sides, the Ibanez JGM10-BSN has a torrefied sitka spruce top and pau ferro back and sides. Both guitars are solid and have ebony bridge and fretboard. If I could keep only one guitar, I would go for the Ibanez JGM10.

I am perfectly fine now. A Sloped Shoulder of spruce and sapele with an incredible sound and very comfortable and for other things a beautiful high-end Parlor of cedar and rosewood. I do not need more!

Oh, thank goodness. When I read the thread title I thought my wife had joined the forum and posted that.

I have my 2:
my Martin 000-18
my Taylor 322Ce
I'm Dred-free and loving it. I put a Fishman Aura Ellipse pickup in the Martin and the ES2 came with the Taylor - When I play out, I'm always plugged in so the big volume and size of the Dred became superfluous - so I downsized and haven't had any downsized-remorse at all.

This would be hard for me to do right now.
My 1982 Martin D-35 is my life guitar but recently, I have been having hand and shoulder problems that are making it hard to play a Dreadnaught size guitar.
I also have a fantastic hand make custom Dread that I love but again is becoming hard to play.
These would be my 2 keepers if I can continue to play therm.

If I have to go with a smaller body possible 12 fret guitar, that could all change.
My 2 keepers would go into hiding and I would look at 2 new replacement guitars.
For now I'm sticking with the two that I already mentioned.
