Um, has anybody else noticed that the old professor in the Farmers commercial ("We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two") was the skinhead prison-gang leader in the late-90's Oz series...?

Kinda makes me wonder exactly what their convenient payment terms are...

Why are most commercials so.........? They just want your money. However they can get it. Any more, if there's a television show we want to watch, especially an hour or longer, we record the first half so we can fast forward through the ads and still end the show on time. Or, watch it later speeding past the commercials. I don't need any pharmaceuticals that can give me; "bloody discharge, gangrene, difficulty breathing or death"

Chevy is inviting us to join their family (for "family pricing") even as they lay their "family" workforce off.

Well but see, they can just move in with Chevy until they get back on their feet . . .

Right on Steve, and they announce it as fast as they possibly can hoping that you aren’t paying attention.

I think the insurance commercials are some of the best on TV. Allstate mayhem, Geico, Farmers, Nationwide with Peyton Manning and Brad Paisley. They are all pretty good. Progressive is annoying.
