I really really like the look of that Panamanian Rosewood.
Wish I had some...

This is the buddy build that is going on at the same time as mine. This is such a neat design I had to show it.

I don't think I've ever seen a more enthralling set of build pictures ever. Truly superb!

Will love to hear what it sounds like.

Cheers,
Steve

Default Got it!

I only got to play it for a couple of hours and had to go to FL for the week. back now and have played it for two days. I will report more later but for now all I can say is that having a custom guitar built to your own playing specs and trying to convey what you have in your minds ear to the builder and having it exceeded with a truly unique instrument is what a custom build is all about.
Thanks again Michael.

Beautiful. When i was the Swannanoa Gathering a few years I played the guitar Michael had on display. Nice warm sound, seemed ideal for fingerstyle playing.

You are right, having a guitar custom built for you, especially when you can detail to the luthier the sound you are looking for and your playing style, is such a rewarding process.

Default Swananoa

That LS redwood guitar 2 years ago at Swananoa is what got me on his build list - then I had two years to figure out what I wanted.
